Effective groups deepen trust, value diverse perspectives,

engage generative conflict and unleash creativity.

 

I work with organizational and leadership teams; cohorts of leaders, grantees, and fellows; and cross-organizational groups formed to deepen relationships, skills and/or capacities, and increase collective intelligence and action. I design and facilitate spaces where teams and communities of practice: *align around shared purpose *harness emerging ideas & *achieve meaningful results. I also facilitate retreats and spaces focused on individual and collective wellbeing, and restoration or re-definition of purpose through whole systems modalities. 

 

My facilitation approach (for myself and the group)

  • Harness curiosity and beginners mind, and listen for what wants to emerge and/or what’s authentic
     

  • Dial back internalized and externalized expectations and fixed roles in key moments to engage a fuller sense of what’s possible within yourself and the group
     

  • Address the power that we yield and the powers that are shaping our narratives and actions

Institute for International Education's contract with the Ford Foundation's Global Fellowship Program, Northern CA Grantmakers & AAPIP (as program lead)​

  • Design and facilitate leadership retreats and self-learning sessions for building deeper knowledge of one's own resources, resilience and ancestral wisdom. 

Inclusion Alchemy for the Energy Foundation's Women of Color Staff Retreat & Expanding OurSelves Through our Lineage​ series.
