Facilitation

Effective groups deepen trust, value diverse perspectives,

engage generative conflict, and unleash creativity.

 

I work with organizational and leadership teams; cohorts of leaders, grantees, and fellows; and cross-organizational groups formed to deepen knowledge, skills and/or capacities, and increase collective intelligence. I design and facilitate spaces where teams and communities of practice: *align around shared purpose *harness emerging ideas & *achieve meaningful results.

Examples of facilitation:​

• Design and facilitate retreats focused on increasing visibility across teams, leading to greater understanding and engaged contributions to processes and practices. Stop AAPI Hate, Stop the Hate CA, & Rise Up
   

• Facilitate and co-design cohort-based programs of fellows, grantees and leaders, including sessions on leadership and capacity development, thematic topics, building solidarity and peer learning.
