I help them prioritize holistically, create collaborative strategies and plans across teams, and align actions with values. I also design and manage programs and partnerships that seek to transform individuals and systems. 

Examples of projects include:

• Design and facilitate strategy retreats focused on learning and sharing across stakeholders and workstreams, and diagnosing areas for greater alignment.
  Stop AAPI Hate & Stop the Hate CA 

 

• Hire staff and consultants, and create opportunities for internal team learning to strengthen organizational culture and effectiveness including onboarding and designing assessments and audits.

CHANGE Philanthropy & Rise Up

• Design, manage and implement cohort-based programs of fellows or leaders that seek to build individual and collective leadership, connectivity and skills to drive change in their communities and organizations.
